Email Collection Policy
Unauthorized collection of email addresses on this website using automated programs or other technical devices is prohibited. Violations may result in criminal penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Article 50-2. Prohibition on unauthorized collection of email addresses
- No person may collect email addresses from a website using automated collection programs or other technical devices without the prior consent of the website operator or administrator.
- No person may sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.
- No person may knowingly use email addresses for transmitting information if their collection, sale or distribution is prohibited under paragraphs 1 and 2.
Article 74. Penalties: a person falling under any of the following is subject to a fine of up to KRW 10 million.
- A person who labels, sells or displays an item for sale in violation of Article 8(4).
- A person who distributes, sells, leases or publicly displays obscene symbols, text, sounds, images or videos in violation of Article 44-7(1)(1).
- A person who repeatedly sends symbols, text, sounds, images or videos causing fear or anxiety to another person in violation of Article 44-7(1)(3).
- A person who takes technical measures in violation of Article 50(6).
- A person who transmits advertising information in violation of Article 50-8, or collects, sells, distributes or uses email addresses to transmit information in violation of Article 50-2.
- A person who transmits advertising information in violation of Article 50-8.
- A person who fails to register changes or report a business transfer, acquisition, merger or inheritance in violation of Article 53(4).
